This is the plan. Nothing is built yet. There's nothing to switch or connect.
Build your plans
Create puppy, adult and senior plans. Add the services they include, like vaccines, exams and dentals.
Share your enrollment link
Pet owners sign up through your branded link. They pay monthly by card through your clinic's own Stripe account.
Track benefits and payments
Staff mark benefits as used with one click or by CSV import. Failed payments and renewals show on the dashboard. Reminder emails go out automatically.
Wellness plans run from a spreadsheet are hard to keep track of
I think many independent clinics run plans from a spreadsheet, or in a PMS that doesn't bill monthly. That would mean:
- tracking by hand who is enrolled and who has paid,
- missed payments that nobody follows up on,
- no clear view of which benefits each pet has used.
I'm testing this. It isn't proven. If it doesn't match your clinic, this isn't for you.
What v1 will and won't do

- Plan builder. Puppy, adult, senior or your own plans.
- Branded enrollment link. Pet owners sign up themselves.
- Monthly card billing through Stripe.
- Benefits-used dashboard for your staff.
- Failed-payment and renewal tracking.
- Automatic reminder emails.
v1 will not
- Connect to your PMS. Staff mark benefits used by hand or by CSV import.
- Take payments other than cards.
- Serve clinics outside the US.
- Send SMS reminders. They might come later.
Reserve a founding spot
A $49 deposit holds your spot and your founding price. It's fully refundable. Once the product is live, the full amount comes off your first invoices.
It suits US clinics with 1–5 doctors that want monthly plan billing without changing their PMS. It doesn't suit groups, chains, or clinics that need a PMS connection on day one.

Pre-order terms
- The product is not built. The deposit is a pre-order.
- Deposit: $49. Once the product is live, the full amount comes off your first invoices.
- Pilot access is promised by 21 January 2027 (within 10 weeks of this test closing).
- If access isn't delivered by that date, your deposit is refunded automatically in full.
- You can ask for a full refund any time before access by replying to your confirmation email. I'll refund within 2 business days.
- No contract.
- I won't process any pet-owner payment until your clinic has agreed to the final terms. I'm still confirming those details.

Does this exist today?
No. Nothing is built yet. That's why the deposit is refundable and comes with a delivery date: 21 January 2027.
How do I get my money back?
Reply to your confirmation email. I'll refund the full $49 within 2 business days. If I miss the delivery date, you get the refund automatically.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No contract and no setup fee.
Do I need to change my PMS?
No. It runs beside your PMS. v1 has no integration, so staff mark benefits used by hand or by CSV import.
